I work with individuals aged 16 and older who have experienced complex trauma.
I am passionate about helping clients heal, rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I also support individuals experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, substance use, ADHD, and OCD.
Services:
Individual therapy for teens and adults; approved NIHB provider.
Approach:
My work is culturally competent, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ERP, DBT, EFT, and EMDR. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and move forward at your own pace.
Credentials:
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a graduate certificate in Victimology from Algonquin College. With over 8 years of experience in social services, I have supported individuals impacted by trauma, domestic violence, substance use, homelessness, and the justice system. I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2023.
A bit about me:
Outside of work, I’m an animal lover with a Samoyed named Suki and an orange cat named Simba. I also teach fitness and spin classes, and enjoy reading, true crime, and spending time with my partner.

I use an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. My work is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on meaningful growth and emotional well-being.
Credentials:
I hold a BA in Psychology from York University and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have been practicing since 2022 and have completed additional training in Indigenous Cultural Safety (San’yas) and areas such as anxiety, attachment, BPD, depression, mindfulness, grief, and harm reduction. I also bring five years of experience supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families, with a strong understanding of neurodiversity.

I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) and a licensed Psychotherapist.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and creative. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a giant Pomeranian named Frank, and I dabble in crocheting and knitting.
