Accepting New Clients

I work with individuals aged 16 and older who have experienced complex trauma.

I am passionate about helping clients heal, rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I also support individuals experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, substance use, ADHD, and OCD.

Services:
Individual therapy for teens and adults; approved NIHB provider.

Approach:
My work is culturally competent, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ERP, DBT, EFT, and EMDR. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and move forward at your own pace.

Credentials:
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a graduate certificate in Victimology from Algonquin College. With over 8 years of experience in social services, I have supported individuals impacted by trauma, domestic violence, substance use, homelessness, and the justice system. I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2023.

A bit about me:
Outside of work, I’m an animal lover with a Samoyed named Suki and an orange cat named Simba. I also teach fitness and spin classes, and enjoy reading, true crime, and spending time with my partner.
